    Reach out to schedule a discovery call with Meg. This is your first step toward creating a seamless and elevated event!

  • Chat

    We’ll connect to talk through your vision, priorities, and needs, and make sure we’re the perfect fit to bring your day to life.

  • Book

    Once you’re ready to move forward, you’ll receive a custom proposal, contract, and invoice. Your date is officially secured once the contract is signed and the deposit is received.

Full Service Planning & Design

Starting at $6,200

    • 12 planning meetings

    • Unlimited email communication

    • Access to client portal

    • Budget creation and management

    • Booking and negotiation of all vendors

    • Point of contact for all vendors

    • Attendance at vendor meetings

    • Timeline creation

    • Floor plan and layout design

    • Wedding website creation

    • RSVP Tracking

    • Booking of specialty rentals

    • Lighting/draping plans

    • Stationary assistance

    • Composition of floor plans

    • Responsible for printed materials and signage

    • Direction of wedding rehearsal

Design & Partial Planning

    • Design related vendor communication

    • Booking of the following design related vendors:

    • Florist

    • Specialty rentals

    • Lighting and Draping

    • Unlimited email communication

    • Timeline Creation

    • Floor Plan design

    • 8 Design meetings

    • Sourcing of design materials

    • Signage/printed materials assistance

    • Tablescape creation

    • Special installation management

    • Ceremony site design

    • Direction of wedding rehearsal

    • 12 consecutive hours of on-site service

    • Event Assistants in addition to Lead Planner

    • Execution of set up/tear down

    • Direction of wedding ceremony

    • Liaison between vendors and couple

Day Of Coordination

Includes: 2 detail/logistic meetings, timeline creation and distribution, direction of wedding rehearsal, 12 consecutive hours of on-site service, set up and tear down of decor, and works alongside the venue/vendor team.

  • Yes! We are always willing to customize service hours, additional Event Assistance, and meetings.

  • We are happy to chat numbers and custom services! Just reach out and we can go from there!

  • Yes, we love to travel! Events outside of a 60 mile radius from Green Bay, WI will be charged an additional $0.70 per mile. Lodging fees may apply to events over 100 miles away from Green Bay, WI and will be charged an additional $200 per night.
